การศึกษาทักษะด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศเพื่อการเรียนในยุคนิวนอร์มัล ของนักเรียนระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้นในโรงเรียนเทศบาล จังหวัดราชบุรี

บทคัดย่อ
จากสถานการณ์การระบาดของโควิด-19 เป็นระยะเวลากว่า 1 ปี ส่งผลให้เกิดการปรับเปลี่ยนรูปแบบการเรียนการสอน โดยเฉพาะในรูปแบบออนไลน์ สิ่งที่ท้าทายต่อสถานการณ์นี้ คือ การปรับตัวของนักเรียนในการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศเพื่อการเรียน ซึ่งถือเป็นการเปลี่ยนแปลงอย่างก้าวกระโดด การวิจัยครั้งนี้ ใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเชิงปริมาณที่ใช้รูปแบบการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ โดยมีจุดประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาทักษะด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศเพื่อการเรียนในยุคนิวนอร์มัลของนักเรียนระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น และ 2) เปรียบเทียบระดับชั้นและเพศต่อทักษะด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศเพื่อการเรียนในยุคนิวนอร์มัลของนักเรียนระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นนักเรียนในระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้นของโรงเรียนเทศบาล ในเขตเทศบาลเมือง จังหวัดราชบุรี จำนวน 573 คน โดยใช้การสุ่มแบบง่าย รวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถามออนไลน์ การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้การหาค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าร้อยละ และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนพหุคูณแบบสองทาง ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) ในภาพรวมผลการประเมินความคิดเห็นต่อความรู้ด้านสารสนเทศ สื่อ และเทคโนโลยีของนักเรียน อยู่ในระดับมาก โดยนักเรียนที่ไม่มีอุปกรณ์สื่อสารหรือไม่สามารถเชื่อมต่ออินเทอร์เน็ตจากที่บ้านหรือที่พักได้มีความรู้ด้านสารสนเทศและด้านสื่ออยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ในขณะที่นักเรียนที่มีอุปกรณ์สื่อสารหรือสามารถเชื่อมต่ออินเทอร์เน็ตจากที่บ้านได้ มีความรู้อยู่ในระดับมาก ส่วนด้านเทคโนโลยีนักเรียนมีความรู้อยู่ในระดับมากเท่ากัน และ 2) จำแนกตามระดับชั้นและเพศ พบว่า ด้านสารสนเทศ ระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 3 นักเรียนเพศหญิง มีระดับความรู้สูงที่สุด สำหรับด้านสื่อและด้านเทคโนโลยี ระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 3 นักเรียนเพศชาย มีระดับความรู้สูงที่สุด ในภาพรวม ระดับชั้นและเพศส่งผลต่อความรู้ด้านสารสนเทศ สื่อ และเทคโนโลยีที่แตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสําคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 พิจารณาตามรายตัวแปร พบว่า ระดับชั้นส่งผลต่อความรู้ด้านสารสนเทศ สื่อ และเทคโนโลยีที่แตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสําคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 โดยระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 3 นักเรียนมีความรู้ทางด้านสารสนเทศ สื่อ และเทคโนโลยีที่แตกต่างจากระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1 และ 2 อย่างมีนัยสําคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ส่วนนักเรียนในระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1 และ 2 ไม่มีความแตกต่างกันทางสถิติ ในขณะที่เพศส่งผลต่อความรู้ด้านสื่อและด้านเทคโนโลยีที่ต่างกันเช่นเดียวกัน อย่างมีนัยสําคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 แต่ไม่มีผลต่อความรู้ด้านสารสนเทศ และข้อเสนอแนะ นักเรียนควรได้รับคำแนะนำที่ดีจากครู ญาติพี่น้อง และผู้ปกครอง ในการรับสื่อและข่าวสารที่ถูกต้อง รวมถึงควรมีการจำกัดเวลาการใช้งานคอมพิวเตอร์หรืออุปกรณ์สื่อสาร ทั้งนี้เพื่อให้เด็กได้ใช้เวลาไปกับการทำกิจกรรมอื่น ๆ ทั้งการเล่น
ออกกำลัง หรือกิจกรรมภายในครอบครัว โดยผลจากการศึกษาที่ได้สามารถนำไปใช้เป็นข้อมูลหรือแนวทางเพื่อแก้ปัญหาในการบริหารจัดการด้านการเรียนการสอนต่อไป
