บทคัดย่อ
เรื่องเล่ามุสลิมถิ่นใต้ด้านการดูแลสุขภาพนับเป็นอัตลักษณ์ที่ควรส่งต่อให้เยาวชนท้องถิ่นได้เรียนรู้ บทความวิจัยนี้มีจุดประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาแนวทางการดูแลสุขภาพและการรักษาความเจ็บป่วยตามวิถีอิสลาม จาก 20 เรื่องเล่ามุสลิมถิ่นใต้ ในแบบเรียนเฉพาะกิจ สำหรับนักเรียนประถมศึกษาโรงเรียนสอนศาสนาอิสลาม ใช้วิธีศึกษาเอกสาร นำเสนอผลการวิจัยแบบพรรณนาวิเคราะห์ ผลการศึกษา พบว่า 1) แนวทางดูแลสุขภาพ มี 4 ประเด็น ได้แก่ 1.1) การดูแลสุขภาพ ชาวมุสลิมเชื่อว่าสุขภาพที่ดี เป็นความกรุณาจากองค์อัลลอฮ์ มุสลิมต้องปฏิบัติตามหลักอิสลามก็จะมีสุขภาพที่ดี 1.2) การดูแลสุขภาพที่เป็นภูมิแพ้ และร่างกายผิดปกติ ให้ถือแนวทางกินอาหารให้เป็นยา มีสารอาหารที่ช่วยรักษาร่างกาย 1.3) การถือศีลอด ช่วยระบบย่อยอาหารให้ได้พัก ช่วยขับสารพิษ และ 1.4) การละหมาด ช่วยกล้ามเนื้อ ข้อต่ออวัยวะได้ออกกำลัง 5 ช่วงเวลาของวัน และ 2) โรคและการรักษา มี 3 ประเด็น ได้แก่ 2.1) โรคผิวหนัง เรื่องเล่ามุสลิมระบุการรักษาด้วยสุมนไพรในชีวิตประจำวัน 2.2) อาการปวดฟัน เรื่องเล่ามุสลิมระบุว่าปากและฟันที่สะอาด พระผู้ทรงอภิบาลจะทรงพอพระทัย ส่วนอาการปวดฟันให้ผู้มีความรอบรู้รักษาด้วยตัวยาที่ถูกต้องเพื่อผลลัพธ์ที่แน่นอนปลอดภัย 2.3) โรคระบาด เรื่องเล่ามุสลิมกล่าวถึงโรคระบาดทั้งอดีตและปัจจุบันที่โควิดระบาด เน้นการระวังตน ป้องกันไม่ให้เพิ่มการระบาด ควบคุมการเดินทางออกจากพื้นที่ซึ่งเชื้อแพร่กระจาย ผลการศึกษาดังกล่าวสามารถเป็นแนวทางปฏิบัติสำหรับการดูแลสุขภาพและการรักษาความเจ็บป่วยในชีวิตประจำวัน
