บทคัดย่อ
การศึกษานี้มุ่งเน้นการพัฒนารูปแบบการบริหารจัดการเชิงกลยุทธ์สำหรับสถานศึกษาในทศวรรษหน้า โดยเฉพาะบริบทของการจัดการในระดับมัธยมศึกษา เป็นการวิจัยแบบผสานวิธี แบ่งเป็น 3 ระยะ คือ 1) การศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันและความสำเร็จของการบริหารจัดการเชิงกลยุทธ์ของสถานศึกษา เก็บข้อมูลจากผู้บริหาร จำนวน 14 คน 2) การพัฒนารูปแบบการบริหารจัดการเชิงกลยุทธ์สำหรับสถานศึกษาในทศวรรษหน้า เป็นการวิจัยเชิงอนาคตด้วยเทคนิคการวิจัยอนาคตแบบ EDFR เลือกผู้เชี่ยวชาญที่มีความรู้และประสบการณ์ตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด จำนวน 20 คน และ 3) การสนทนากลุ่ม โดยเลือกผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิที่มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องโดยตรงในการบริหารจัดการเชิงกลยุทธ์สำหรับสถานศึกษา จำนวน 9 คน เก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสัมภาษณ์แบบกึ่งมีโครงสร้างและแบบสอบถาม ศึกษาให้เห็นถึงความจำเป็นของการจัดการโครงสร้างที่แตกต่าง การปรับให้สอดคล้องกับบริบทที่เปลี่ยนแปลง นอกจากนี้ยังระบุช่องว่างในการประยุกต์ใช้ข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวข้องและการขาดแคลนบุคลากรที่มีทักษะ รูปแบบการบริหารจัดการเชิงกลยุทธ์สำหรับสถานศึกษาในทศวรรษหน้า ที่นำเสนอประกอบด้วย 5 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ การวิเคราะห์สภาพแวดล้อมภายในและภายนอก การกำหนดวิสัยทัศน์และทิศทางองค์การ การกำหนดกลยุทธ์และการนำกลยุทธ์ไปปฏิบัติ การควบคุมและประเมินกลยุทธ์ และการปรับปรุงกลยุทธ์ ผลการตรวจสอบมีความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้ทุกประเด็น แต่มีข้อเสนอแนะเพื่อความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้มากยิ่งขึ้น รูปแบบนี้สามารถใช้เป็นแนวทางที่จะผลักดันให้เกิดการบริหารจัดการเชิงกลยุทธ์สำหรับสถานศึกษาในทศวรรษหน้า ที่สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษานครศรีธรรมราชได้
