การพัฒนาหลักสูตรฐานสมรรถนะการตลาดดิจิทัล NFT

บทคัดย่อ
จากความเจริญก้าวหน้าทางเทคโนโลยีที่เกิดขึ้นอย่างรวดเร็วแบบก้าวกระโดด ก่อให้เกิดการนำนวัตกรรม ไปประยุกต์ใช้งานในรูปแบบใหม่ ๆ โดยเฉพาะทางด้านบล็อกเชน และสินทรัพย์ดิจิทัล การพัฒนาหลักสูตรเพื่อรองรับต่อความต้องการดังกล่าวจึงถือว่า มีความสำคัญต่อการพัฒนาคนและเพื่อให้ทันต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลงของโลกในปัจจุบัน โดยการวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสมรรถนะการตลาดดิจิทัล NFT 2) พัฒนาหลักสูตรฐานสมรรถนะการตลาดดิจิทัล NFT และ 3) ศึกษาผลการใช้หลักสูตรฐานสมรรถนะการตลาดดิจิทัล NFT โดยในขั้นตอนของการจัดทำสมรรถนะใช้การเก็บข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถามจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 13 ท่าน สำหรับกลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้ที่สนใจทางด้านงานศิลปะดิจิทัลและสามารถสร้างสื่อดิจิทัลได้ โดยเป็นการคัดเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจง จำนวน 20 คน การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลประกอบด้วย การประเมินความตรงเชิงเนื้อหา ดัชนีความสอดคล้อง การหาค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าร้อยละ ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) ได้สมรรถนะการตลาดดิจิทัล NFT ประกอบด้วย 4 หน้าที่หลัก 7 หน่วยสมรรถนะ และ 17 สมรรถนะย่อย 2) หลักสูตรฐานสมรรถนะการตลาดดิจิทัล NFT จัดทำในรูปแบบของมอดูล ประกอบด้วย 1 มอดูลความรู้ และ 7 มอดูลสมรรถนะ โดยผลการประเมินความเหมาะสมในภาพรวมของแต่ละด้าน พบว่า อยู่ในระดับดีมากที่สุดทุกด้านเรียงตามลำดับจากมากไปน้อยได้ดังนี้ ด้านภาพประกอบ ( = 4.70, S.D. = 0.53) ด้านสื่อช่วยสอน (
= 4.67, S.D. = 0.47) ด้านเนื้อหา (
= 4.62, S.D. = 0.58) ด้านแผนปฏิบัติการฝึกอบรม (
= 4.57, S.D. = 0.55) และด้านภาษา (
= 4.55, S.D. = 0.58) 3) ผลการใช้หลักสูตรฐานสมรรถนะการตลาดดิจิทัล NFT ซึ่งประเมินด้วยการสอบถาม การสังเกต และการตรวจสอบผลงาน พบว่า ผู้เรียนผ่านเกณฑ์การประเมินทุกคน โดยสามารถปฏิบัติงานได้ตามวัตถุประสงค์การเรียนรู้ในแต่ละมอดูล ในภาพรวมผู้เรียนมีความพึงพอใจต่อหลักสูตรอยู่ในระดับดีมากที่สุดทุกด้าน เรียงตามลำดับจากมากไปน้อยได้ดังนี้ ด้านวิธีการสอน (
= 4.73, S.D. = 0.44) ด้านเนื้อหา (
= 4.65, S.D. = 0.54) และด้านผลที่ได้รับหลังการฝึกอบรม (
= 4.59, S.D. = 0.61) และเมื่อวิเคราะห์ในประเด็นย่อย พบว่า เนื้อหาครอบคลุมสิ่งที่จำเป็นในการปฏิบัติงานและได้รับความรู้และทักษะตรงตามความต้องการ (
= 4.85, S.D. = 0.37) ได้รับความพึงพอใจมากที่สุด ซึ่งจากผลการประเมินทั้งหมดถือได้ว่า หลักสูตรฐานสมรรถนะการตลาดดิจิทัล NFT สามารถนำไปใช้งานได้จริง
