บทคัดย่อ
ในยุคที่เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลมีบทบาทสำคัญต่อการจัดการศึกษา การนำเครื่องมือสารสนเทศมาใช้ในการบริหารและจัดการเรียนรู้จึงเป็นสิ่งจำเป็น โดยเฉพาะในบริบทของโรงเรียนตำรวจตระเวนชายแดนจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ซึ่งยังขาดแคลนระบบสนับสนุนที่มีประสิทธิภาพ จึงนำไปสู่การวิจัยนี้ ซึ่งมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพ ปัญหา และความต้องการนวัตกรรมบริหารจัดการสารสนเทศเพื่อสนับสนุนการเรียนการสอน ใช้กระบวนการศึกษาเชิงคุณภาพด้วยการสัมภาษณ์ โดยมีกลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูล เป็นครูผู้สอนในโรงเรียนตำรวจตระเวนชายแดนในจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ (ยะลา ปัตตานี นราธิวาส) จำนวน 12 คน เครื่องมือ เป็นแบบสัมภาษณ์สภาพปัญหาและความต้องการนวัตกรรมบริหารจัดการสารสนเทศฯ 2) พัฒนานวัตกรรมการบริหารจัดการสารสนเทศด้วยกูเกิลแอปพลิเคชัน โดยใช้ Google Site และ Google Sheet ซึ่งได้ดำเนินการตามขั้นตอน ADDIE Model และ 3) ศึกษาการยอมรับในการนำนวัตกรรมการบริหารจัดการสารสนเทศด้วยกูเกิลแอปพลิเคชันเพื่อสนับสนุนการจัดการเรียนการสอน ใช้กระบวนการศึกษาเชิงปริมาณ กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นครูโรงเรียนตำรวจตระเวนชายแดนจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ 12 โรงเรียน จำนวน 85 คน โดยใช้การสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นตามเขตพื้นที่จังหวัด (ยะลา ปัตตานี นราธิวาส) เครื่องมือเป็นแบบสอบถามเพื่อศึกษาการยอมรับในการนำนวัตกรรมการบริหารจัดการสารสนเทศด้วยกูเกิลแอปพลิเคชันเพื่อสนับสนุนการจัดการเรียนการสอนในยุคดิจิทัลของโรงเรียนตำรวจตระเวนชายแดนจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ ผลการวิจัย พบว่า สภาพและปัญหาการบริหารจัดการสารสนเทศเพื่อสนับสนุนการเรียนการสอนในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ส่วนความต้องการนวัตกรรมทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก ผู้วิจัยพัฒนานวัตกรรมการบริหารจัดการสารสนเทศด้วยกูเกิลแอปพลิเคชัน โดยใช้ Google Site และ Google Sheet เป็นหลักในการพัฒนานวัตกรรม ครูผู้สอนในโรงเรียนตำรวจตระเวนชายแดนจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ยอมรับการใช้นวัตกรรมการบริหารจัดการสารสนเทศด้วยกูเกิลแอปพลิเคชันในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการยอมรับเป็นรายข้อ เรียงตามลำดับค่าเฉลี่ย ได้แก่ ด้านความคาดหวังจากประสิทธิภาพของเทคโนโลยี ด้านการรับรู้ประโยชน์ของเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ ด้านการยอมรับการใช้ระบบสารสนเทศ และด้านการได้รับการสนับสนุนจากผู้บังคับบัญชา ทั้งนี้ผลการวิจัยนี้ จะเป็นแนวทางสำหรับครูและผู้เกี่ยวข้องให้สามารถพัฒนานวัตกรรมการบริหารจัดการสารสนเทศด้วยกูเกิลแอปพลิเคชันเพื่อสนับสนุนการจัดการเรียนการสอนในยุคดิจิทัลต่อไป
