บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสังเคราะห์ตัวแบบการพัฒนายุทธศาสตร์การเป็นองค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้ของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏกลุ่มรัตนโกสินทร์ กรอบแนวคิดการศึกษาเป็นการบูรณาการศาสตร์ระหว่างปรัชญา และศาสตร์การบริหารจัดการ กระบวนวิธีการศึกษา เป็นการวิเคราะห์ชุดข้อมูลองค์ประกอบการสร้างศักยภาพ และปัจจัยแห่งความสำเร็จในการเรียนรู้ขององค์กร และการวิเคราะห์ภาพฉายอนาคตและทางเลือกยุทธศาสตร์การเรียนรู้เชิงระบบขององค์กร ผลการศึกษาแสดงให้เห็นว่า ตัวแบบยุทธศาสตร์ที่นำเสนอทำให้องค์กร 1) เข้าใจ และมีศักยภาพในการกำหนดพลวัตระบบแวดล้อมสังคม ที่อธิบายถึงความสัมพันธ์การบริหารจัดการองค์ประกอบหลัก และปัจจัยการปรับตัวในการเรียนรู้ขององค์กร 2) ตัวแบบที่นำเสนอสามารถนำมาเป็นการสร้างทุนทางความคิด เพื่อพัฒนานวัตกรรรมการเรียนรู้ และการพัฒนาอัตลักษณ์การบริหารจัดการให้กับองค์กรทั้งทางรูปธรรม และนามธรรม ที่ประกอบด้วยการบริหารจัดการวัฒนธรรม และค่านิยมขององค์กร และ 3) นำไปสู่การพัฒนากระบวนทัศน์ทางเลือกยุทธศาสตร์ และกลไกการเรียนรู้ขององค์กร เพื่อร่วมส่งเสริมทุนทางปัญญาของสังคมในการขับเคลื่อนสู่สังคมความรู้ในศตวรรษที่ 21
