Abstract

The purpose of this research were 1) to study the skills of school administrators in the 21st Century 2) to study the academic administration of educational Institutions and 3) to study the relationship between the skills of school administrators in the 21st century and the academic administration of educational institutions of the school in Mueang Udon Thani District. Under the Office of Udon Thani Primary Educational Service Area 1 in the academic year 2021, 312 school administrators and teacher, and was determined by using Krejcie and Morgans’ table. The proportional random sampling method was applied, and thetools used inthe research instrument was a 5 rating-scale estimation scale questionnaire with a confidence factor of .94. The statistics used to analyze the data were mean, standard deviation, Pearson's Simple Correlation Coefficient, and stepwise multiple regression analysis. The results showed that 1. The skills of school administrators in the 21st Century Educational Institutions in Mueang Udon Thani District Under the Office of Udon Thani Primary Educational Service Area 1, the overall operation was carried out. at a high level and all aspects are at a very high level The areas with the highest averages were skills and change. and use of technology (=4.28)  and the aspect with the lowest average was creative skills, and innovation production (=4.15). 2. The academic administration of Educational Institutions In Mueang Udon Thani Province Under the Office of Udon Thani Primary Educational Service Area 1, It was found that the overall operation was at a high level and every aspect is at a high level The aspect with the highest average was 2 items, which were measurement and evaluation, transfer, and teaching and learning process management (=4.38)  and the aspect with the lowest average was media, teaching and learning innovation (=4.26). 3. The relationship between skills of school administrators in the 21st century and academic administration of educational institutions. There was a statistically significant positive high linear correlation at the .01 level.
