Abstract

Globalization has entered Chiang Mai and the Lanna region since the colonial era, but globalization in the Lanna region at that time belonged to the upper classes, the wealthy merchants and the wealthy merchants who had contact with Westerners .Today, globalization has spread widely among ordinary people in Lanna. The daily life of these Lanna people is reorganized and reorganized by digital technology in particular in the context of globalization. This work aims to show that the digital age has brought the people of Lanna of all classes, all ethnic groups, all professions, all levels of education, all ages and all genders to come into contact with globalization in different levels and forms. In other words, each group has different perspectives and reactions to globalization.
