Abstract
This article is survey research. Objective To study and compare the role of school administrators in the management of learning organizations according to the perceptions of school teachers in Saphan Sung district. Under Bangkok, The population used in this research was school teachers in Saphan Sung district. Under the supervision of the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration of 174 people, the sample used in this research was 118 people using the sample size table of Crazy and Morgan The method was collected by topographic sampling. The tool used in this research was a questionnaire. The data was analyzed by using a statistical package of computer programs. The statistics used in the research were basic statistics, t-test, and one-way analysis of variance. When a statistically significant difference was found at .05, they were compared individually.
