Analysis and presentation of the work of the Fine Arts Department towards the conservation and development of the nation's cultural heritage.

Abstract
This analysis aims to 1. identify the results of the work processes of service agencies under the Fine Arts Department by using qualitative research methods, analyzing, synthesizing, and processing according to the research objectives. The results of the work processes of service agencies under the Fine Arts Department are presented in a descriptive format. It was found that: 1) Problems with location include equipment for providing services and various conveniences. 2) Problems with personnel include a shortage of personnel in various technical fields, lack of competence necessary to provide comprehensive services of the Fine Arts Department, and lack of ability to provide services to customers with full heart and dedication (Service Mind). 3) Problems with service, the application process related to the Fine Arts Department takes a long time. The service from the website is old, the website processes slowly, and users find it difficult to understand or do not respond to needs comprehensively. 4)Problems with integration with various agencies include a lack of participation with the public and various parties, a lack of communication and awareness creation with individuals and agencies involved in terms of location. 5)Problems with information technology systems, problems with website usage, problems with file storage and sharing systems, and problems with feedback in providing services of various agencies under the Department that are slow. Recommendations for location include improvement, repair, and development. Providing service equipment consistently, creating easy-to-understand manuals, media, checking the area, and asking the service group to improve and fix it according to their needs under the context of the area, budget, and personnel. From the study in Installing CCTV cameras or volunteers to help monitor and cooperate in taking care of safety together.
