Abstract

The objectives of this research were to: 1) develop an electronic portfolio that could provide reflective feedback for assessing the learning development of elementary school students, 2) study the results of using the electronic portfolio, and 3) assess the electronic portfolio model. It was found that the portfolio consisted of two parts: 1) the components of the electronic portfolio, and 2) the steps of developing the electronic portfolio. Having been used, the electronic portfolio could promote the students’ learning development. The teachers and the students had a positive attitude towards the electronic portfolio. In addition, experts agreed that the electronic portfolio was applicable.
