The questionaires were developed by incorporating 26 general objectives and 3 cognitive objectives. Each question had 5 rating scales plus one opened end for any desired general objectives. The questionaires were administered to 586 students, randomly selected from every major field, at 27.13 percent representation. Only percentages were used in analyzing descriptive data. The following major findings were noted : 1. Some of the students elected to enroll in the Kasetsart University for two purposea : firstly, opting for the institute standing, and secondly, placating their parents’ wishes. They shall feel free to leave the University at any occasion. 2. Although some students did not genuinely feel attached to the University most indicated their interest in learning. The confirm several objectives about good citizen-ship, such as, being good community members, right occupation, and duty to the community development. But they entertained two misconcepts that must be changed : Special privileges of being a student and extraordinary right to their political role. 3. Most students aimed at the problem solving objective over the comprehension objectives and recall of knowledge objectives.
