The Construction and Efficiency Evaluation of Competency-based Instructional Modules for Developing the Competencies of the Lower Secondary Mathematics Teachers.

บทคัดย่อ

The purpose of this research was to construct and evaluate the efficiency of competency-based instructional modules by comparing the critical thinking competency of the teachers between pre and post learning with the instructional modules. The sample group consisted of 14 mathematics graduate students studying at the first year of the Graduate School, Kasetsart University during the 1987 academic year. This sample was derived by the purposive sampling. The teaching times were 4 periods of 50 minutes each. The collected data were analyzed by the means and match-paired t-test. The finding indicated that the competency-based instructional modules had the significant efficiency.
