This paper aims to present the analysis and synthesis of the concepts, theories, and research of bullying behavior of students. Recently, school bullying becomes a serious problem which affects students' quality of life, inflicting psychological, emotional, and physical damage. School bullying can be defined as any negative actions repeatedly inflicted by a stronger student or student gang toward another student. Bullying might be classified in a variety of ways including physical assaults and psychological or verbal harassment. Several studies have shown that the prevalence of bullying is high in many countries. Causes of bullying are multiple and are associated with the individual, but also linked to the socio-family environment. There are several prevention and intervention programs, evidenced by research, that assist concerned parties with appropriate strategies for reducing the bullying problem.
