The tourism community has been significantly impacted by various crises at both the global and domestic levels. In community-based tourism, the effective spatial management of tourism facilities plays an important role in enhancing a community’s resilience and ability to adapt to and recover from crises or shocks. In this study, 19 tourism communities in Ayutthaya were selected to explore and analyze the measures taken to prepare tourism facilities for crises, their effectiveness in minimizing the impact, and active recovery from crises. A total of 53 built community tourism facilities were investigated using multiple logistic regression to analyze predictive variables for the probability of operation during and after a crisis. The results reveal that the opening ratio contributes to a significant relationship with the state of open/reopened tourism facilities owned by the local community.
