บทคัดย่อ

This study investigates the factors influencing identity development among
710 graduates from Kasetsart University’s Faculty of Forestry. Using path
analysis, the research identifies integrity, commitment, knowledge application,
and adaptability as significant predictors of graduate identity. The findings
suggest that teamwork and fighting spirit are dependent variables, predicted
at 60 percent and 48 percent, respectively. These results have practical
implications for curriculum development and skill enhancement initiatives
aimed at maintaining graduate identity and meeting societal expectations.
