KKBS JOURNAL of Business Administration and Accountancy is a quarterly-annual journal. It publishes three volumes annually issued as follows:

        (From the Vol. 6 No. 1 onwards, the Journal will be published 5 articles per number)

        First volume: January – April

        Second volume: May-August

        Third volume: September – December

Aim

“KKBS JOURNAL of Business Administration and Accountancy” (KKBSJournal) is an academic journal published by the Faculty of Business Administration and Accountancy, Khon Kaen University. It aims at publishing research articles and scholarly articles in business administration and related fields, both Thai and English, to promote and exchange academic knowledge and opinions of experts, faculty, and students, and to promote the dissemination of research of business administration knowledge spacious in Southeast Asia.

 

Scope

           KKBS JOURNAL of Business Administration and Accountancy welcomes submissions in Thai and English articles in the following categories: research articles, academic articles, book reviews (published until 2022), and invited articles (publication began in 2023 until the present), in which the journal invites experts from various disciplines to disseminate valuable knowledge to readers through invited articles.

           The journal welcomes manuscripts for publication in the scope covering the following disciplines:  Accounting, Finance, Banking, Marketing, Business Management, General Management, International Business Management, SME Management, Human Resource Management, Supply Chain and Logistics Management, Operations Management, MICE, Business Innovation and Services, Hospitality and Tourism, Hotel Management, Economics, Managerial Economics, and other related fields.

 

Review policy

Manuscripts accepted for publication in the KKBS JOURNAL of Business Administration and Accountancy undergo a double-blind peer-review process by at least 3 reviewers per article (Double-Blind Peer Review) in order to comply with the regulation of the Civil Service Commission in High Education on Criteria and Procedures for Consideration of Appointing the Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, and Professor in B.E. 2564, announced on 27 December B.E. 2564. The following are the review process:

  1. The editorial team first screened the manuscript to determine whether it is within the journal’s scope and whether its overall quality (i.e., title, purpose, and content) meets the journal’s guidelines.
  2. The manuscript that lies within the journal’s scope is submitted to reviewers for peer review on the quality of the manuscript. Then, the manuscript is either accepted, accepted with revision, or rejected. Only manuscripts revised according to the reviewers’ comments and approved by the reviewers are accepted for publication.
  3. The acceptance or rejection letter is sent to the author(s).
