The Relationship between Book Value Operating Income Net Income Cash Flow from Dividend and Cash Flow from Operations and Stock Price of Firms Listed in the Stock Exchange of Thailand

Abstract

             This study aims to examine relationship between book value, operating income, net income, cash flow from dividend and cash flow from operation to the stock prices of firms listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand which collecting data from the disclosed financial reports of listed firms on the website of Stock Exchange of Thailand, Securities and Exchange Commission since the 2015 - 2017 amount of 1,520 samples. The analyzed data using the descriptive statistics, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis in the testing stage trials.


             The results were shown according to the hypothesis, the book value (β = 0.563) the operating income (β = 0.327) the net income (β = 0.276) the cash flow from dividend (β = 0.321) and the cash flow from operations (β = 0.185) . it had positively correlated and affected with the stock price at the significance level of 0.01, and operating income had the highest relationship and affected with a stock price of      firms listed in the stock exchange of Thailand. Because of the profit from the main business operation is making the investors considered more than other factors and consequently the company should give precedence to this factor.
