การทบทวนวรรณกรรมอย่างเป็นระบบในบริบทการท่องเที่ยวเรือสำราญเพื่อเปรียบเทียบการศึกษาวิจัยในระดับชาติและนานาชาติในช่วงระหว่างปี ค.ศ. 2015 – 2019 ก่อนสถานการณ์การแพร่ระบาดของเชื้อไวรัสโควิด 19 สำหรับการระบุช่องว่างทางวิชาการของการวิจัยในอนาคต

บทคัดย่อ
การศึกษาในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสรุปรูปแบบ (Theme) การศึกษาวิจัยในบริบทการท่องเที่ยวเรือสำราญในช่วง ค.ศ. 2015 – 2019 ที่ผ่านมา ก่อนสถานการณ์การแพร่ระบาดของเชื้อไวรัสโควิด 19
ในฐานข้อมูลการวิจัยระดับนานาชาติ (Web of Science – ISI SSCI) และเปรียบเทียบการวิจัยในบริบทการท่องเที่ยวเรือสำราญของประเทศไทยกับการศึกษาวิจัยในระดับนานาชาติ เพื่อระบุช่องว่างทางวิชาการ (Academic Gap) ของการวิจัยในอนาคต โดยใช้การศึกษาด้วยกระบวนการสังเคราะห์การทบทวนวรรณกรรมอย่างเป็นระบบ (A Systematic Literature Review) ผลการศึกษาทำให้สามารถจำแนกรูปแบบ (Theme) แบ่งออกได้เป็น 5 ประเด็นหลัก ได้แก่ 1) การวิจัยผู้บริโภคหรืออุปสงค์การท่องเที่ยวเรือสำราญ (Customer Research) 2) การวิจัยฝั่งอุปทานการท่องเที่ยวเรือสำราญ (Supply-Side Research) 3) การวิจัยสายการเดินเรือสำราญ (Cruise Ships Research) 4) การวิจัยในภาพรวมของอุตสาหกรรมเรือสำราญ (Overview Research) และ 5) การวิจัยการจัดการบุคลากรในอุตสาหกรรมเรือสำราญ (Employee Management Research) สำหรับการศึกษาวิจัยในประเทศไทยยังขาดการศึกษา
ในบริบทของภาพรวมในการพัฒนาการท่องเที่ยวเรือสำราญที่ใช้แนวคิดทั้งฝั่งอุปสงค์และอุปทานอย่างครอบคลุมในทุกมิติ เพื่อยกระดับเป็นนโยบายในการพัฒนาระดับประเทศต่อไป
