ความเครียดในการทำงานของนักบัญชีในองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล ในเขตจังหวัดนครราชสีมา

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความเครียดในการทำงานของนักบัญชีในองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลในเขตจังหวัดนครราชสีมา โดยใช้แบบสอบถามของ Karasek (1979) ที่ Paktongsuch P. และ Arpacuppagun, N. (2005) นำมาแปลและใช้วัดระดับความเครียดในการทำงาน กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัยครั้งนี้คือ พนักงานการเงินและบัญชีขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลในเขตจังหวัดนครราชสีมา ทั้งสิ้น 138 คน โดยใช้แบบสอบถามแบบปลายปิดและได้รับการตอบกลับ โดยมีข้อมูล 91 ชุด ที่สมบูรณ์นำมาใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล สถิติที่ใช้ประกอบด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนาและใช้ค่าสถิติ F-test (One-way ANOVA) ในการทดสอบสมมติฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า พนักงานบัญชีและการเงิน ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง อายุระหว่าง 36-40 ปี และมีประสบการณ์การทำงานส่วนใหญ่ 7-10 ปี ผลการศึกษาระดับความเครียดพบว่า ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามจำนวน 42 คนมีระดับความเครียดในการทำงานระดับปานกลาง ซึ่งเป็นความเครียดในระดับที่เหมาะสมที่ส่งผลดีต่อการทำงาน ในการแปลความหมายของกลุ่มที่มีความเครียดในการทำงานระดับปานกลางนี้ จะเป็นกลุ่มที่มีความสามารถในการควบคุมและมีอำนาจในการตัดสินในงานของตน ซึ่งจะทำให้กลุ่มนี้มีแรงจูงใจในการเรียนรู้และพัฒนางานด้วยตนเอง นอกจากนี้ผลการทดสอบสมมุติฐาน ชี้ให้เห็นว่ากลุ่มตัวอย่างที่มีอายุต่างกันมีระดับความเครียดไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ
