การใช้แนวคิดการบริโภคเชิงสัญญะร่วมกับแนวคิดบุคลิกภาพตราสินค้า

บทคัดย่อ

          ในปัจจุบันการบริโภคมีความซับซ้อนกว่าในอดีต นั่นคือผู้บริโภคจะบริโภคความหมายที่เป็นนามธรรมนอกเหนือไปจากประโยชน์ใช้สอยของสินค้า แนวคิดหนึ่งทางการตลาดที่ได้รับความนิยม คือ บุคลิกภาพตราสินค้า เนื่องจากสามารถสร้างบุคลิกภาพของมนุษย์ให้เกิดขึ้นกับตราสินค้า ซึ่งส่งผลต่อการตัดสินใจบริโภคได้ แนวคิดบุคลิกภาพตราสินค้านี้มีความเชื่อมโยงกับแนวคิดทางสังคมวิทยา คือ การบริโภคเชิงสัญญะซึ่งอธิบายว่า การตัดสินใจบริโภคเกิดจากผู้บริโภคเลือกบริโภคความเป็นนามธรรมของสินค้าเช่นเดียวกัน บทความนี้เสนอการทบทวนวรรณกรรมเพื่อแสดงให้เห็นว่า การบริโภคเชิงสัญญะและบุคลิกภาพตราสินค้าเป็นแนวคิดที่สอดคล้องและเชื่อมโยงกัน การศึกษาเกี่ยวกับบุคลิกภาพตราสินค้าจึงสามารถนำแนวคิดการบริโภคเชิงสัญญะมาใช้ร่วมกันได้ นอกจากนี้ยังเสนอแนวทางการสร้างหรือบริหารบุคลิกภาพตราสินค้า ที่นักการตลาดสามารถอาศัยแนวคิดเรื่องการบริโภคเชิงสัญญะมาใช้ให้เป็นประโยชน์ในประเด็นดังกล่าวได้
