ความสัมพันธ์เชิงสาเหตุของหน้าที่ด้านการจัดการและหน้าที่งานทางธุรกิจกับความสำเร็จของผู้ประกอบการธุรกิจขนาดเล็ก

บทคัดย่อ
หน้าที่ด้านการจัดการและหน้าที่งานทางธุรกิจเป็นทักษะที่มีความสำคัญต่อความสำเร็จของธุรกิจ แต่จากการทบทวนวรรณกรรมพบว่ายังขาดงานวิจัยเชิงประจักษ์ที่ยืนยันอิทธิพลของหน้าที่งานด้านการจัดการและหน้าที่งานทางธุรกิจกับความสำเร็จของธุรกิจอย่างชัดเจน ดังนั้นงานวิจัยเรื่องนี้จึงมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อตรวจสอบความสอดคล้องระหว่างกรอบแนวคิดของการวิจัยกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ของอิทธิพลเชิงสาเหตุ รวมถึงอิทธิพลทั้งทางตรงและทางอ้อมของหน้าที่ด้านการจัดการ หน้าที่งานทางธุรกิจ และความสำเร็จของผู้ประกอบการธุรกิจขนาดเล็ก โดยใช้แบบสอบถามเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากผู้ประกอบการขนาดเล็กจำนวน 242 คน สถิติที่ใช้ ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบความสัมพันธ์เชิงสาเหตุ ผลการวิจัยพบว่ากรอบแนวคิดการวิจัยและข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์มีความสอดคล้องกลมกลืนกันตามเงื่อนไข (p-value = .29, Chi-square/df = 1.12, GFI = .97, AGFI = .95, RMSEA = .02, NFI = .98, IFI = 1.00, CFI = 1.00) ข้อค้นพบปรากฏว่าหน้าที่ด้านการจัดการมีอิทธิพลทางตรงต่อหน้าที่งานทางธุรกิจ และหน้าที่งานทางธุรกิจแผนธุรกิจมีอิทธิพลทางตรงต่อความสำเร็จของธุรกิจ ส่วนหน้าที่ด้านการจัดการไม่มีอิทธิพลทางตรงต่อความสำเร็จของธุรกิจ แต่พบว่าหน้าที่งานด้านการจัดการมีอิทธิพลทางอ้อมต่อความสำเร็จของผู้ประกอบการโดยผ่านหน้าที่งานทางแผนธุรกิจ งานวิจัยนี้ได้ให้ข้อเสนอแนะและงานวิจัยในอนาคตสำหรับผู้ที่สนใจ
