Abstract

This article is written as a tribute to His Majesty the late King Bhumibol, who was renowned in jurisprudential circles, thoroughly comprehended the essence of laws, as observable in his guidance given to those who practice law as advices, remarks, or reflections. The author thus would like to present the royal guidance on various occasions herein, which by and large can be inferred that enforcement of the law as per criminal justice process is more crucial than the law itself. Those who have the duties to uphold justice should keep in mind that the only way to sustain this nation is that they take on their duties with high “morals and ethics” and be mindful in every step of law enforcement. Then all Justice Administration organizations would become honorable and equitable, the nation would be at peace, and be able to progress for a peaceful and prosperous future.
