Abstract

The objectives of this research were to study the level of
working motivations of the staff in Watcharaduangkaew Foundation and
to determine factors affected their working motivations.
The samples composed of 193 the staff in Watcharaduangkaew
Foundation. The data were collected by using questionnaires and
analyzed by using the packaging computer program. Statistical tools
employed in data analysis and presented through percentage, mean,
standard deviation, t-test, One-way ANOVA and Pearson’s Product –
Moment Correlation Coefficient. The level of significance for statistical
testing was 0.05
The research findings were as follow. The level of working
motivations of the staff in Watcharaduangkaew Foundation was
moderate. According to the hypothesis testing, period of performance,
organizational culture and organizational climate caused difference in
the working motivations. The level of significance for statistical testing
was 0.05. However, gender, age, level of education and income per
month did not cause any difference in the working motivations. The
level of significance for statistical testing was 0.05
