Abstract

There are many local government organizations lacking
awareness in their potentiality to administrate for public interest and
provide public service for their people. At the same time, there are also
the organizations that administrate perfectly but they have never been
to the KPI’s Awards. This article aims to show that the administration of
the local government does not mainly depend only on the number of
local people, the size of the area, or the budget, but also the
organizational culture that they work for their people.
