Abstract

The objectives of this research were 1) to study the level of
Siriraj Hospital nurses’ opinion toward National Health Development
Policy 2) to compare their opinions classified by personal factors 3) to
study the relationship between the knowledge about Sport Science and
the opinion of Siriraj Hospital Nurses toward National Health
Development Policy 4) to study the relationship between the attitude
toward exercise and the opinion of Siriraj Hospital Nurses toward
National Health Development Policy. The 355 samples selected from
nurses of Siriraj Hospital by proportional stratified random sampling.
Data were collected by questionnaire and analyzed by using statistical
software. The statistical tools used for data analysis were percentage,
mean, standard deviation, t-test, One-way ANOVA, and Pearson’s
product moment correlation coefficient at the 0.05 level of significance.
The results of the research indicated that the level of Siriraj
Hospital nurses’ opinion toward National Health Development Policy
were at high level. The hypothesis testing found that the sample with
difference of sex, marital status, income and frequency of exercise had
difference opinion toward National Health Policy, Moreover the attitude
toward exercise had related to the nurses’ opinion at the 0.05 level of
significance.
