ความพึงพอใจที่มีต่อการจัดเก็บขยะมูลฝอยของประชาชนในเขตเทศบาลนครรังสิต จังหวัดปทุมธานี

Abstract

The objective of this research was to study the satisfaction of
people with the garbage management service offered by Rangsit City
Municipality in Pathumthani Province. They are classified by genders,
age, marital status, educational levels, occupations, total household
income, and number of family members. This research employed the
quantitative method. The samples were 400 people living in Rangsit
City Municipality. The data were collected with the five rating scales
questionnaire with the reliability of .972 and then were analyzed with
percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, F-test, and Scheffé’s
paired comparison method.
The results were as follows.
1. With respect to the personal status, it was shown that most
of the samples were female (224, 56.00%) aged between 30-39 years
old (122, 30.50%), and were married (206, 51.50%). They had a
bachelor degree or higher levels of education (218, 54.50%), worked in
private organizations (172, 43.00%) and earned 20,001-30,000 baht per
month (174, 43.50%).
