Abstract

The objectives of this research were to study to People’s Satisfaction towards Services of Chumphon Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Amphoe Ongkharak, Nakhon Nayok Province and to determine factors affected their the expectation.
The samples composed of 370 people in the Chumphon Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Amphoe Ongkharak, NakhonNayok Province. The data were collected by using questionnaires and analyzed by using the packaging computer program. Statistical tools employed in data analysis and presented through percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, One-Way ANOVA and Pearson Product – Moment Correlation Coefficient. The level of significance for statistical testing was 0.05.
The research findings are as follow. The level of overall of people in the Chumphon Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Amphoe Ongkharak, Nakhon Nayok Province. was moderate. According to the hypothesis testing, age, level of education, occupation, income per month and expectation caused difference in the satisfaction. The level of significance for statistical testing was 0.05. However, gender did not caused any difference in the attitudes. The level of significance for statistical testing was 0.05.
