The objectives of this study were: 1) to find out the perception of organizational culture of the personnel in Digital Government Development Agency (Public Organization) (DGA) whether organizational culture has been changed to suit Thailand 4.0 model and how it has been changed, and 2) to find out the problems from the change of organizational culture of the personnel in Digital Government Development Agency (Public Organization) (DGA) to suit Thailand 4.0 model. The researcher used mixed methods study and data was analyzed by using component analysis. The findings indicate that: 1) acceptance of DGA officials in Thailand 4.0 model help DGA become the modern organization to respond the needs of people and focus on citizen – centric, 2) acceptance of DGA officials in Thailand 4.0 model respond to the orders of government highlighted on uplifting Thai public organization to be the digital government, and 3) the personnel have perceived the change of organizational culture by changing values and work behaviors because DGA is principal public organization that mostly moves forward by using Thailand 4.0 model. The recommendation offers that executive can employ the advantages from Thailand 4.0 model to encourage the personnel in DGA to work efficiently. The researcher also recommends that further empirical study on this topic should be conducted at the other public organizations.
