การมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชนที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลวิสาหกิจชุมชนในจังหวัดบุรีรัมย์

Abstract

The objectives of this research were to: (1) study the levels of participation and effectiveness of community enterprise in Buriram Province; (2) study problems and obstacles encountered by the operation of community enterprise in Buriram province.
This research used a mixed method of qualitative and quantitative undertakings. The population of the study was 482 people selected from 290 groups of OTOP (Star 1-5 ) enterprises and 237 were chosen as sample for mail the questionnaires to, plus 20 people chosen for indepth interviews. The statistics used for data analyses were frequencies, percentage, standard deviation and Multiple Regression Analysis.
It was found from the study that overall people‘s participation was at a moderate level. Individually it could by ranked from high to low as follows: planning followed by benefits received, operation and follow-up/evaluation, in that order. As for the relations between independent and dependent variables it was found that only 3 out of four of participation affecting valuations, in that order. regards to people’ participation affecting effectiveness of the community enterprise as hypothesized that could be used as predictors of effectiveness consisted of planning benefit received and operation with a predictive how as with confidence of 71.90%.
