Abstract

The purpose of this research were to (1) Study successes of efficient management of 15 region monastery. (2) Verified correlation and forecasting capabilities of critical successes factors affect to successes of efficient management of 15 region monastery. (3) Purposed model of efficient management of 15 region monastery. This was mixed sequential research method, qualitative approach consist of documentary analysis, in depth interview, non-participatory observation, focus group, sample were specified key informants. The outputs were analysis by interpretation and content analysis. The outputs were analysis by interpretation and content analysis. The outputs of qualitative approach were confirmed by qualitative approach, sample were monks, novice and communities surrounded. Questionnaires were data collective mean, descriptive statistics and inferential statistics were analytical tools. The findings were as follows;
1) Successes of efficient management of 15 region monastery were high levels.
2) There were statistic correlation among critical successes factors affect to successes of efficient management of 15 region monastery with successes of efficient management of 15 region monastery and forecasting capabilities of was percent
3) Successes model were contemporary management and Buddhism management.
