Abstract

This study aimed to 1) investigate the opinion of Thai staffs who were working for SCG Yamato Express Co., Ltd. according to human resource management processes 2) compare the opinion of Thai staffs who were working for SCG Yamato Express Co., Ltd. according to human resource management processes classified by personal factors 3) find out patterns of organizational culture and the extent of its influences on human resource management processes according to the opinion of Thai staff who were working for SCG Yamato ExpressCo., Ltd. Determined survey sample size based upon Krejcie and Morgan's formula (Krejcie and Morgan, 1970), SCG Yamato Express staff were employed as population sampling in this study with sample size of 230 staff. Questionnaire was used for collecting data and analyzed with statistical methods including frequency, percentage, arithmetic meansas well as standard deviation. Statistical hypothesis testingwas conducted by using Independent Samplet – test, One-wayANOVA,F-test (ANOVA) and Multiple Regression Analysis. It was determined 0.05 as a significance level for finding out influence between independent variable and dependent variable. Research findings could be concluded as follows:
1. The results derived from comparing different personal factors of Thai staff in SCG Yamato Express Co., Ltd., namely : gender, age, education, marital status, work period and monthly income, it was found that human resource management processes according to the opinion of Thai staff in SCG Yamato Express were not affected by the said different personal factors. (it was not in accordance with the hypothesis.)toward Using, and the Actual Use affected their perceptions
