This study aims to study (1) the levels of perceptions of Administrative Case Officials on service quality of law information systems, (2) the levels of behaviors and acceptance of law information systems technology of Administrative Case Officials, (3) the perceptions of Administrative Case Officials on service quality of law information systems classified according to personal factors, and (4) the acceptance of technology and behaviors of Administrative Case Officials influencing perceptions on service quality of law information systems. The population of this study was the Administrative Case Officials under the Office of the Administrative Courts (Bangkok) consisting of Administrative Case Officials who assist judges of the Administrative Court in cases and Administrative Case Officials assistance case management. The sample was determined in accordance with Krejcie and Morgan’s sample size estimation approach (Krejcie and Morgan, 1970) resulting in the numbers of 207 people. The survey was conducted as a methodology of this study and the data derived from the questionnaire was analyzed based on frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean and standard deviation. Independent Sample t – test, One-Way ANOVA, One Sample t -test, F-test (ANOVA), and Multiple Regression Analysis were used for hypothesis testing with significant level of 0.05 to seek the effect on independent and dependent variables as well as the comparison by using the method of Least Significant Difference (LSD).

(2) The overall level of behaviors among Administrative Case Officials influencing law information systems was high. The highest average fell into the areas of Online Cognitions and Online Attitudes accordingly and the lowest average fell in the area of Online Entertainment. Furthermore, the overall level of acceptance of technology influencing law information systems was high as well with the highest average falling into the area of Perceived Usefulness followed by the average in the area of Intention to Use and the least falling in the area of Perceived Ease of Use.
