Abstract

This article intended to analyze prevailing process of public policy implementation in order to present some critical aspects and emphasize that the process of implementation by public officers at the local community level should incorporate concepts of integrated decision making, incorporating various models to develop local communities which are comparable to the underpinnings of this nation, as well as equipping public policies with the ability to formulate implementation process on a microscale such as local communities; mobilization, deliverer implementation, and maintaining cohesion or consistency, which would lead to the acceptance of such policies from the central government into local communities and implementation thereof as per each community’s environment, strengthening and progressing local communities as the foundation of the nation for the time to come.
