Working Motivations of Police in Training Center Provincial Police Region 7

Abstract

The objectives of this research were to study working motivations of police in  Training Center Provincial Police Region 7. The study factors included the success, compensation, progress, policy and interpersonal relations. The samples composed of 100 police in Training Center Region 7. The data were collected by using questionnaires and analyzed by using the packaging computer program. Statistical tools employed in data analysis and presented through percentage, mean and standard deviation. The research findings were as follows working motivations of police in  Training Center Provincial Police Region 7 were all averaged at a moderate level. The result showed at a high level, the success and interpersonal relations. However, at a medium level compensation, progress and policy.
