Abstract

This research aiming to: 1) analysis context evaluation the monitoring evaluation of Pran Buri - Prachuap Khiri Khan main highway (section 1) restoration project, 2) analysis input evaluation the monitoring evaluation of Pran Buri - Prachuap Khiri Khan main highway (section 1) restoration project, 3) analysis process evaluation the monitoring evaluation of Pran Buri - Prachuap Khiri Khan main highway (section 1) restoration project, and 4) analysis product evaluation the monitoring evaluation of Pran Buri - Prachuap Khiri Khan main highway (section 1) restoration project. The sample were 20 peoples living in the street construction. The research instrument was interview. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, and content analysis. The publicity and participation of people to organizations Involving both public and private sectors and the peoples interest to receive information, explanations and rationale of the project as well as contribute comments on the project from the start until the end of the process. 4) Product evaluation, it is found that: The performance project were according to the procedures and objectives under the quality standard technical basis. The project implementation to enhance communication for accommodate the increased traffic, promote the expansion of trade and tourism, spread prosperity to the region as well as enhance the quality of life for people, accidents resulting from the state highway. So that people can travel easily, quickly and safely. It also found that the impact occurred during the project such as dust, sound, vibrancy, and the accident happened on people’s road unskilled areas. The company responsible for the project has taken measures to control and prevent the occur problems.
