Satisfaction of users of the Center for Historical Studies of BANG RACHAN FORT Heroes Singburi Province

Abstract

The purpose of this research was 1) to evaluate the satisfaction of tourists visiting the Center for Historical Study of Bang Rachan Fort Heroes Singburi Province. 2) to propose ways to improve the quality of service of the Center for Historical Studies of Bang Rachan Fort Heroes Singburi Province Using the Satisfaction Assessment Form, consisting of 150 people. The statistics employed in the study were percentage, mean, standard deviation. The result revealed that 1) The satisfaction of users of the Center for Historical Studies of BANG RACHAN FORT Heroes Singburi. The overall image of visitors, tour guide was at high level. The Information and presentation of the museum was the high level. The location of the premises was at high level. And the Information and public relations were at high level. 2) The propose ways to improve the quality of service of the Center for Historical Studies of Bang Rachan Fort Heroes Singburi Province in terms of attendees should provide more souvenir shop. Tour Gide should explain about attractive places and should have more speaking skill. In term of places should provide sitting area and drinks vendor. In term of news and information should provide the signs for restroom and some important places.
