跨文化视角下汉语教材中饮食文化的内容分析—— 以泰国《初级汉语》、《中级汉语》教材为例

本文通过对泰国《初级汉语》和《中级汉语》两套教材中饮食文化相关内容的统计与分析,探讨其在培养跨文化交际能力方面的作用。研究采用内容分析法,对教材中的饮食相关词汇、课文内容及文化背景进行分类与归纳,总结出教材在文化内容设计中的优缺点。
研究结果显示,这两套教材具有以下特点:其一,词汇编排遵循由易到难的原则,符合学习者语言能力的逐步发展;其二,通过对话形式将饮食文化融入实际场景,增强了学习的趣味性与实用性;其三,内容设计注重中泰饮食文化的差异与共性,为学生理解和适应跨文化交流提供了支持。然而,研究也发现,教材在文化覆盖面、词汇分布均衡性、内容趣味性以及文化背景深度等方面存在一定不足。为此,本文建议通过扩展饮食文化内容、优化词汇分布、提升内容趣味性及加深跨文化对比分析,以进一步完善教材设计,为国际中文教育提供更高质量的教学资源。
