Focus and Scope

วัตถุประสงค์ (Aims)

คณะนิติศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยนเรศวร ได้จัดทำวารสารนิติศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยนเรศวรขึ้น เพื่อให้เป็นวารสารวิชาการโดยเปิดโอกาสให้นักวิชาการ นักวิจัย นักนิติศาสตร์ และผู้สนใจทั่วไปทั้งภายในและภายนอกคณะนิติศาสตร์และมหาวิทยาลัย มีโอกาสได้เผยแพร่ผลงานวิชาการในรูปของบทความวิชาการและบทความวิจัย เพื่อเป็นการสงเสริมและสนับสนุนให้เกิดการเผยแพร่ความรู้ทางวิชาการในสาขานิติศาสตร์ให้กว้างขวางมากยิ่งขึ้น จัดตีพิมพ์เผยแพร่สู่สาธารณชนผู้สนใจทั่วไป พร้อมทั้งต้องการยกระดับให้เป็นวารสารระดับชาติและนานาชาติ

Our has been established and publicized Law Journals in form of academic papers and given any chances widely open for researchers, lawyers. Any paper from outsiders is also welcome. We wish to the dissemination of academic knowledge in the legal field. Publication would call public attention. Finally we would like to lift up our journal start to meet national and international journal requirement.

ขอบเขต (Scopes)

วารสารนิติศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยนเรศวร รับพิจารณาบทความวิชาการ บทความวิจัย ทั้งภาษาไทยและภาษาอังกฤษ โดยขอบเขตเนื้อหาทางวิชาการของวารสารนิติศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยนเรศวร จะครอบคลุมเนื้อหา เกี่ยวกับกฎหมายทุกสาขา เช่น กฎหมายมหาชน กฎหมายเอกชน และกฎหมายต่างประเทศ เป็นต้น

Our Journal consider both Thai and English articles in both Thai and English articles.  With respect to the ares of law we firmly cover all areas of laws, such as public law, private law, and foreign law.

Peer Review Process

เพื่อให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานทางวิชาการ วารสารนิติศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยนเรศวร ได้กำหนดกระบวนการพิจารณาบทความ (Peer Review Process) ไว้ดังนี้

1. การตรวจสอบเบื้องต้น กองบรรณาธิการจะดำเนินการตรวจสอบการคัดลอกผลงานทางวิชาการ (Plagiarism) เป็นลำดับแรก ก่อนนำเข้าสู่กระบวนการพิจารณาโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ

2. กระบวนการประเมินคุณภาพ (Peer Review) บทความต้องผ่านการกลั่นกรองและประเมินคุณภาพจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิในสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง อย่างน้อย 2 ท่าน ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ และมีมติเป็นเอกฉันท์ ประกอบด้วยบุคลากรทั้งจากภายในและภายนอกมหาวิทยาลัย ที่ไม่มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียกับบทความนั้น ๆ การประเมินเป็นรูปแบบ Double-blind Peer Review (ปกปิดรายชื่อทั้งผู้ประเมินและผู้เขียนบทความ) บทความที่จะได้รับการตีพิมพ์ ต้องได้รับความเห็นชอบจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิอย่างน้อย 2 ท่าน ตามเกณฑ์ที่วารสารกำหนด

หมายเหตุ: นโยบายนี้มีผลบังคับใช้ ตั้งแต่บัดนี้เป็นต้นไป

To ensure compliance with academic standards, Naresuan University Law Journal has established the Peer Review Process as follows:

1. Preliminary Screening: The Editorial Board will proceed to check for plagiarism as the first priority, before entering the review process by experts.

2. Quality Assessment Process (Peer Review): The article must pass screening and quality assessment by at least 2 qualified experts in relevant fields, and the decision must be unanimous. The reviewers consist of personnel from both within and outside the university who have no conflict of interest with the article. The evaluation is in the form of a Double-blind Peer Review (concealing the names of both the reviewers and the authors). Articles to be published must receive approval from at least 2 qualified experts according to the criteria determined by the journal.

Note: This policy is effective from now on.

Publication Frequency

จัดพิมพ์รายปี ปีละ 2 ฉบับต่อปี

ฉบับที่ 1 เดือน มกราคม-มิถุนายน

ฉบับที่ 2 เดือน กรกฎาคม-ธันวาคม 

Our journal are always issued twice a year. The first volume is released between January and June. The second volume is released between June and December.
