Abstract
The Policy Implementation for Human Resource Development to ASEAN Community Of Supporting Staffs in Government Organization Khon Kaen University
The research objectives were to study conditions of human resource development policy implementation of supporting staffs, and to find guideline for human resource development to ASEAN community in a government organization. The sampling populations were 180 supporting staffs from Khon Kaen University. Data were collected by using questionnaire, and in-depth interview were conducted with seven executives personnel. The results of the study revealed over all of policy implementation for human resource development was at high level (=3.02). According to the guideline for human resource development, languages capabilities; English, ASEAN and ASEAN+3, should be enhanced. Attitude toward working with foreigners should be adjusted, English knowledge should be tested when recruit personnel and motivation rewards should be provided in order to encourage staffs with English or ASEAN languages skills.
