Abstract
Strategic Planning to Increase Purchasing Volume of Pornpaisan CO., LTD. in Muang District, Loei Province
This study aimed to determine customer’s behavior on services choosing, environment factors and effects on business’s management of Pornpaisan CO., LTD. In order to specify the strategy plan to increase purchasing volume of the shop. Therefore, qualitative method using in-depth interviews (semi-structured) was performed. Data were collected from fifteen regular visiting customers and analyzed for environment (Internal/ external), strengths, weaknesses, opportunity, threats, value chain analysis, marketing mix and five forces. The results showed that the motivation for choosing Pornpaisan recycle shop were services providing and giving high valuation. According to the result, three marketing strategies were set; 1. Public relations, 2. Customer services, and 3.Staff’s training.
