Multidimensional Data Integration and Digital Technologies for Strengthening Community Learning Centers

Abstract
This study investigates the conceptual framework and processes of multidimensional data integration using digital technologies for community learning center development, and analyzes approaches and policy recommendations for future implementation. A systematic literature review and document analysis were employed, drawing on related research and academic articles. Findings indicate an evolution from basic ETL to multidimensional data management with advanced technologies-IoT, AI, Big Data, and Cloud Computing-alongside GIS, Library Services Platforms (LSPs), and data virtualization. These enable applications in community learning centers such as digital collection management, system integration, and open data platform development. Key challenges involve technical integration issues, metadata quality and standards, ethical concerns and equity in access, data privacy and security, and community participation. Future trends include smart learning centers, AR/VR applications, advances in GIS and digital twins, real-time data integration, and growing demand for digitally skilled personnel. Recommendations include continuous capacity building, inter-organizational collaboration, user data protection frameworks, universal metadata standards, and reducing technology access inequality.
