Moral and Ethics Development for Demonstration School Student of Chiang Rai Rajabhat University

Abstract

   The purpose of the research were to study the operation of the moral and ethics development and to study the guidelines for moral and ethics development in the Demonstration School of Chiang Rai Rajabhat University. The population consisted of 44 administrators, teachers, and educational personnel in the school. The research instruments were questionnaire, observation form, interviewing form, and participatory workshop. The statistics applied for data analysis were frequency, mean, and standard deviation.
   The findings reveal that the operation of the students’ moral and ethics development of the school are at high level in overall. The guidelines for moral and ethics development is the implementation of the strategic plan, consisted of school vision, mission and explicit strategies to achieve the vision. Also, Henri Fayol’s management process : POCCC had been applied to follow the action of the guideline for 3months. It showed that the school implemented the guideline and suggested that the student’s parents and the community should participate for the developing, also the teachers in the school should integrate the desirable characteristic development into the lesson plans for all subjects.
