บทคัดย่อ
This article aimed to present a guideline for developing educational management at Chiang Rai Rajabhat University to become a Smart University (CRRU Smart University), the global context change under current circumstances. Whether there were about climate change, aging society, technological advances. access to innovation and digital technology. The roles duties of the university in the past that were responsible for teaching and learning to produce graduates into labor for the markets, researches, providing academic services to society, by improving, transferring and developing technology. Arts and culture conservation have changed for that reason. So educational institution administrators, the educational management must be adjusted to changes. Then the concept of Smart University is a popular concept in the 21st century.
Smart university refers to developing a university through the application of various forms of information technology (ICT) by using new advanced technologies to create a better educational environment for teachers and students. have raised up the level of education, research design for learning curriculum. There are support application. There offer wide range of services through the Internet using advanced technology (ICT) that could drive corporate growth and integrate innovation, management and university life.
Chiang Rai Rajabhat University aimed to become a high-performance organization by driving the university towards a Smart University under the CRRU Smart Move development guideline: focusing on improving infrastructure and creating curriculum that is in line with the transformation of the university. Which consists of 5 aspects as follows: 1) Smart Organization, focusing on the use of information and communication technology for efficient and effective management and service through the CRRU Smart Plan system 2) Smart Classroom focus on teaching and learning in the form of The Flipped Classroom Blended Learning 3) Smart Learning for Long Life Learning 4) Smart Lecturer (Training and Coaching) and 5) Smart Security
