บทคัดย่อ

The purposes of this research were 1) to study the conditions, problems and needs of academic administration in the 21st century of Ban chianglae nasai School under Nan Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. 2) A study of academic administration in the 21st century of Ban chianglae nasai School under Nan Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 currently.          3) Develop a model for academic administration in the 21st century of Ban chianglae nasai School under Nan Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. In this research It is a mixed research. It consists of quantitative research using questionnaires. The population consists of School director, teacher, school committee Parents of 66 people. Using the total population Data were analyzed using mean and standard deviation statistics and qualitative research using interview forms consisting of 15 teachers and school committees. The whole population was used to analyze the data by content analysis.


              The results of research found that 1) the conditions of academic administration in the 21st century of Ban chianglae nasai School under Nan Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 the overall level is moderate. The problems of academic administration in the 21st century of Ban chianglae nasai School under Nan Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 the overall level is high. And the needs of academic administration in the 21st century of Ban chianglae nasai School under Nan Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 the overall level is high.           2) Type of academic administration in the 21st century of Ban chianglae nasai School under Nan Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 currently the overall level is high. 3) Type of academic administration in the 21st century of Ban chianglae nasai School under Nan Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 are consists of 3 main components. The first part is introduction, the second part is type of academic administration in the 21st century of Ban chianglae nasai School under Nan Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 have 10 sides 1) Academic planning 2) Educational curriculum development 3) Learning process development 4) Measurement and evaluation 5) Educational supervision 6) Media development Innovation and educational technology 7) Development of learning resources  8) Development of internal quality assurance systems 9) Research to improve the quality of education 10) Supporting communities for academic strength. And the third part is the management for success.
