บทคัดย่อ

The purpose of this research were to study factors that create happiness of work, the organizational engagement and the relationship between happiness of work and organizational engagement of personnel College of Arts, Media and Technology, Chiang Mai University. The population in this study was personnel College of Arts, Media and Technology, Chiang Mai University, 117 people were respondents. Analysis of the study results with a ready-made program. By calculating the percentage and the standard deviation (SD), testing the hypothesis using analytical statistics (Independent Samples T-Test) and one-way analysis of variance (One Way ANOVA) at significance values. Statistically, sig < 0.05 The study found that Personal factors affecting happiness of work were position type and current salary which was statistically significant at p-value < 0.05 and personal factors affecting organizational engagement were status was statistically significant at p-value < 0.05. The happiness factor of work was statistically significant with organizational engagement in terms of trust, acceptance, goals and values of the organization. There was a statistically significant p-value < 0.05. The happiness factor of work was statistically significant with organizational engagement. Willingness to devote efforts for the benefit of the organization There was a statistically significant p-value < 0.05. The happiness factor of work was statistically significant with organizational engagement in terms of desire to maintain organizational membership. statistically significant p-value < 0.05
