Abstract

This research article aims to: 1) To assess the need for academic administration. 2) To study the academic administration guidelines of schools under Bang Nam Kho Subdistrict Municipality. This is mixed-method research. The population is 53 people, 3 administrators, 50 teachers and 9 qualified persons for interview. The research instruments are: Questionnaires and interviews. Statistics used in data analysis include percentage, mean, standard deviation, need priority index and content analysis.


The research results found that 1) it is academic administration, ranked from high to low, including measurement and evaluation, learning management, teaching supervision, and school curriculum development. 2) Academic administration guidelines of schools under Bang Nam Kho Subdistrict Municipality are: In terms of curriculum development. The curriculum has a curriculum development committee to be in line with the Basic Education Core Curriculum. The needs of students, parents and community context. In terms of learning management. Create an environment inside and outside the classroom that allows students to learn on their own. In terms of teaching supervision. Appoint a teaching supervision committee consisting of the heads of subject groups to supervise teaching once per semester and then use the results of the supervision to exchange knowledge and develop professional skills and measurement and evaluation. Then, teachers can use them to measure and evaluate students in line with learning content, standards, and indicators, and report the evaluation results according to the format of the Department of Local Administration Promotion.
