การจัดการระบบคลังข้อมูล เพื่อพัฒนาศักยภาพชุมชนด้านอนามัยสิ่งแวดล้อม

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยเรื่องนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาปัญหา โครงสร้างและรวบรวมข้อมูลด้านอนามัยสิ่งแวดล้อม
2) เพื่อพัฒนาและศึกษาประสิทธิภาพระบบคลังข้อมูลที่ใช้ในการจัดการด้านอนามัยสิ่งแวดล้อมในชุมชน และ 3) เพื่อหาแนวทางการจัดการระบบคลังข้อมูลด้านอนามัยสิ่งแวดล้อมใช้ในการพัฒนาศักยภาพชุมชน เครื่องมือที่ใช้คือระบบคลังข้อมูลด้านอนามัยสิ่งแวดล้อม โดยวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหาและเปรียบเทียบการจัดการระบบคลังข้อมูลด้านอนามัยสิ่งแวดล้อม และแบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจต่อเว็บไซต์ ใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
พบว่า การพัฒนางานด้านอนามัยสิ่งแวดล้อม ในการเฝ้าระวัง ป้องกัน แก้ไขและลดผลกระทบต่อสุขภาพที่เกิดจากปัจจัยเสี่ยงด้านอนามัยสิ่งแวดล้อม จำเป็นต้องใช้ข้อมูลสถานการณ์อนามัยสิ่งแวดล้อมทั้งในปัจจุบันและคาดว่าจะเกิดขึ้นในอนาคต นำมาสู่กระบวณการวิเคราะห์ และนำเสนอด้วยภาพ ผลลัพธ์ของข้อมูลที่ได้สามารถนำไปประยุกต์ใช้ในการประกอบการตัดสินใจของผู้บริหาร ช่วยเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการให้บริการต่าง ๆ สามารถใช้ข้อมูลประกอบการสื่อสารต่าง ๆ ให้ดูทันสมัย มีความน่าสนใจ เข้าถึง เข้าใจในรายละเอียดของข้อมูลนั้น ๆ ได้ในรูปแบบภาพ การจัดการระบบคลังข้อมูลทำหน้าที่เป็นเครื่องมืออันทรงพลังในการพัฒนาศักยภาพด้านอนามัยสิ่งแวดล้อมภายในชุมชน ด้วยการรวบรวม วิเคราะห์ และแสดงข้อมูลเป็นภาพ ชุมชนสามารถค้นหาข้อมูลได้อย่างรวดเร็ว สามารถนำไปพยากรณ์เมื่อมีข้อมูลที่เพียงพอทำให้เกิดความแม่นยำ กำหนดแนวทางการบูรณาการข้อมูลกับหน่วยงานของรัฐและชุมชนให้มีศักยภาพสูงสุดด้านสุขภาพและสิ่งแวดล้อมที่ยั่งยืน
