การพัฒนาพฤติกรรมที่พึงประสงค์ของบุคลากรทางการศึกษาตามแนวปรัชญา ของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการ การศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน 8 จังหวัดภาคเหนือตอนบน ประเทศไทย

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการพัฒนาพฤติกรรมที่พึงประสงค์ แนวทางการพัฒนาพฤติกรรมที่พึงประสงค์ และแนวทางการสร้างมาตรฐานพฤติกรรมที่พึงประสงค์ของบุคลากรทางการศึกษาตามแนวปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง สถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน 8 จังหวัด ภาคเหนือตอนบน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ครูผู้สอน จำนวน 189 คน ผู้บริหาร จำนวน 21 คน นักเรียน จำนวน 371 คน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วย แบบสอบถาม

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. พฤติกรรมด้านการเรียนรู้ และความสามารถในการประยุกต์ใช้ปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง ตามความคาดหวังที่ให้นักเรียนได้เรียนรู้จากทุกกลุ่มสาระ พฤติกรรมด้านการเรียนรู้ และความสามารถในการประยุกต์ใช้ปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงที่สอดแทรก/บูรณาการในการจัดการเรียนรู้ของครูกิจกรรมพัฒนาผู้เรียนทุกกลุ่มสาระมีค่าเฉลี่ย อยู่ในระดับที่สูงที่สุด

2. พฤติกรรมการเรียนรู้และระดับความสามารถในการประยุกต์ใช้ ของนักเรียนกลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้ โดยภาพรวมของระดับพฤติกรรมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง และระดับความสามารถในการประยุกต์ใช้ตามปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงอยู่ในระดับมาก

3. พฤติกรรมการบริหารและการนำไปประยุกต์ใช้ปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงตามกรอบงานของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาพบว่า พฤติกรรมการบริหารตามกรอบงานโดยภาพรวมของระดับพฤติกรรมอยู่ในระดับมาก และระดับความสามารถในการประยุกต์ใช้อยู่ในระดับมาก

ข้อเสนอแนะการนำผลการวิจัยไปใช้ ครูผู้สอนมีพฤติกรรมที่พึงประสงค์ในการประยุกต์ใช้ปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงกลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้การงานอาชีพและเทคโนโลยีภาษาต่างประเทศ การเรียนรู้ศิลปะ มีพฤติกรรมอยู่ในระดับน้อย ดังนั้นครูผู้สอนควรศึกษาความรู้เกี่ยวกับด้านการวัดผลและประเมินผลที่สามารถนำไปใช้ประเมินผู้เรียนได้อย่าง ตรงตามวัตถุประสงค์

ด้านนักเรียนมีพฤติกรรมที่พึงประสงค์ในการประยุกต์ใช้ปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงกลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้สังคม ศาสนาและวัฒนธรรม กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้วิทยาศาสตร์มีพฤติกรรมการเรียนรู้อยู่ในระดับน้อย ดังนั้นนักเรียนควรจะหาโอกาสดูการทำงานของคนที่ประสบผลสำเร็จที่เป็นตัวอย่างหรือได้รับรางวัลเพื่อกระตุ้นให้เกิดแรงจูงใจ

The Development of Positive Behaviors in line with Sufficiency Economyamong Educational Personnel under the Office of the Basic EducationCommission in 8 Provinces in the Upper North of Thailand.

The purpose of this thesis was to study the desirable behavior development, guidelines of the desirable behavior development, and guidelines of the desirable behavior standard creatingof the education persons based on the philosophy of sufficiency economy in the schools underthe Office of the Basic Education Commission, 8 provinces of the upper Northern. Samplegroups were consisted of 189 Teachers, 21 Executive and 378 Students, Collecting data by using questionnaires.

The research found that:

1. The behavior of the learning management and the ability of the philosophy of sufficiency economy application that expectation for students to learn from every strand groupswas the highest average level. And the behavior of the learning management and the ability of the philosophy of sufficiency economy application which interpolation / integration of the learning management of every strand group teachers and the student development activities was the highest average level.

2. The behavior of the learning management and the ability of application of the learning strand group students in the overall level of behavior was an intermediate level. And the ability of the philosophy of sufficiency economy application was a high level.

3. The behavior of management and the philosophy of sufficiency economy application based on the frame work of the school executive showed that the behavior of management based on the frame work in the overall of behavior was a high level and the ability of application was a high level.

The suggestion of the studied result application for the teachers who had a high level in the desirable behavior in the philosophy of sufficiency economy application of the learning strand group of the career & technology, the foreign language and the art, but had the averagelevel lower than in other the learning strand groups; are that the teachers should study about themeasurement and evaluation that can be used to evaluate the learners to meet the objectives. Andthe suggestion for the students who had a high level in the desirable behavior in the philosophy of sufficiency economy application of the learning strand group of the society, religion & culture and the science, but had the average level lower than in other the learning strand groups; are that the students should find the opportunity to study the working of the peoples who are successors for be good model, or who are awarded for stimulate the motivation.
