Social Capital, Human Capital and Network Capital Contributing to the Success of Pottery Business in Koh-kret, Nontaburi Province

Abstract
The objectives of this study were to examine how Social capital , Human capital, and network capital contributing to the success of pottery business in Koh-Kret, Nontaburi Province. The study combined used with quantitative research methodologies by questionnaire survey was used with participants from a random sample of 191 people. The data was analyzed through the Structural Equation Model (SEM) via the application called LISREL 8.72. The qualitative research is conducted via in-depth interview with 17 experts.
The results from this study indicated that 1) the social capital has the highest impact with direct positive influence by the coefficient of 0.66 with the statistically significance at level .05. The second impact is the network capital with direct positive influence by the coefficient of 0.45 with the statistically significance at level .05. 2) the social capital, human capital, and network capital can be combined to predict the success of the pottery business by 63 percent. The findings also revealed that human capital which has no impact on the success of the pottery business.
